Payment & Shipping

 How much is postage?

  • Free standard delivery for all UK orders (3-4 days, via signed for courier)
  • International postage costs are calculated at checkout. 

Please enter your address at checkout, and once completed, the postage relevant to your location will be applied to the final balance and displayed to you before any payment is due. 

You'll be asked also to provide an email address, this is so we can send your electronic receipt to you as soon as the payment is complete (don't worry, we won't send you spam).

Do you accept all payments?

Yes. We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express, as well as Paypal. Our stores payment section uses a fully encrypted payments gateway, which will process your card payment quickly and securely.

If you wish to use PayPal, then simply click the PayPal tab rather then the card option and you'll be taken to the PayPal page where you can confirm you details and complete the payment, you'll then be directed back to Urban Safari where your order is marked as completed. 

As above, you'll be asked to provide an email address, and this is so we can send your electronic receipt to you as soon as the payment is complete.

Payments are taken in UK Current (£) - if purchasing from outside the UK, your card provider will calculate the currency exchange automatically.

How will my item be sent?

All items in the UK are sent securely via MyHermes or a DHL partner.

All items outside of the UK are sent securley via DHL partners.

In the event you are out, or unavailable to receive your item, a notification card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery, or collect from your local depot. Please ensure this is left no longer than 14 days as the item will be returned to us. Costs for re-sending will need to be charged.

How quickly can I expect to receive my item?

Urban Safari aim to dispatch all items the day after your order, from Monday to Thursday. Items ordered on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday. 

UK items should reach you 3-4 days after you receive your dispatch notification.

Items being sent within Europe should take 5-7 days. 

Items being sent to rest of world should take 6-10 days.

Please note that whilst we do make every effort to get items dispatched in a timely manor, once items are overseas and have left UK jurisdiction they can take a little longer to arrive depending on the efficiency of local partners. Please also bear in mind that public holidays can have an impact on delivery times. Whilst we do offer a free shipping on all items in the UK and worldwide free shipping on orders over £100, we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred with 3rd party couriers. Delays are unusual but if ordering for a gift for a specific date please do ensure sufficient time is factored in for any possible delay. 

How will my item be packaged?

Each Urban Safari item comes tagged, and in its own branded dust bag. Larger items will be sent carefully boxed, and smaller goods such as wallets and laptop covers are sent in a heavy protective duty mail bag. 

Returns & Exchanges

In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Urban Safari or you simply decide you'd like to exchange it, you can return it to us and we'll have this underway for you swiftly. Send an email to info@urbansafarilondon.com within 14 days of placing your order explaining your request, return it as boxed and we'll be happy to exchange or refund you once we've received the item. 

From Dec 1st 2017 we offer an extended Christmas return period. Items may be returned up to 10th Jan 2018 if a return is required. As per standard returns policy, all returned goods must be unused, in the condition you received them, along with original packaging. Please contact us for any assistance and we'll be glad to help. I'm purchasing for business, can you provide an invoice?

Yes, your order will include a receipt at standard, however if you require a VAT invoice please just send us an email and we can send this to you electronically or via post. 

What are your postage costs for multiple items or bulk purchases?

We often have customers wanting to purchase multiple items from us for gifts or for friends. Should you wish to buy several items, please contact us using the contact form on the main page and we'll be happy to discuss bespoke postage options with you.
