When your order is received by us, you will be emailed an order confirmation. We reserve the right not to deliver in the unlikely event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order we will inform you and offer you an alternate shipping time, alternative product or if preferred, cancel the order.
All payments are processed in GBP (£/Pounds Sterling). Payments from other currencies will be calculated by your payment provider and converted in to your local currency on your card statement. Urban Safari reserves the right to refuse to supply products to any business or individual.
In accordance with UK sales legislation, you have 14 days from receiving your item to cancel your order. Refunds and exchanges must be conducted within 14 days of delivery, after this Urban Safari refuses the right to accept refunds or exchanges. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We accept payment via both debit and credit cards. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a secure encrypted payments gateway. All information is encrypted using TLS encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed.
PayPal allows secure payment from your bank account, credit card or PayPal account.
All displayed prices include UK VAT at 20%. Urban Safari retains the right to change prices at any time.
Please note that local import charges (customs duty, sales tax) may occur depending on your region or local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense. If you reject a package (e.g. because you are not willing to pay the customs tax) then we will reduct the return cost of the order from the value of the refund.
Right of return:
Purchases can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods (with exception of Christmas Returns period specified in our Returns section). You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused, unmarked and with full packaging. You will be refunded for the value of the product(s), including the outgoing shipping providing these conditions are met. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so please send the package with a traceable service so it can be located. Loss of the product due to sending by an untraceable service will forfeit refund.
If sending from outside the UK please remember to include your receipt/order number on the outside of the package to ensure a swift transit through any customs offices it may encounter. If sending inside the UK please include your reciept/order number inside the item for our reference.
If you wish to exchange the item for a new size or colour then get in touch to let us know at email@example.com and we can provide the return info for you.
In the event you believe you have encountered a fault with your item please contact us straight away within the 14 day returns period to advise us of the issue and we will make every effort to have this rectified for you swiftly. Should the item have a genuine fault, we will of course refund the return postage and cover the cost of postage for a replacement to be dispatched. Please note that our products are made from real leather and as such your item does require reasonable care to avoid damage and keep it in its best condition. You should avoid extreme temperatures, wet or damp conditions or contact with sharp or abrasive items which may scratch, tear or scuff the item. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused once your item is received or refund/exchange on this basis.
Every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this site, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor or device, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. As part of the tanning and dying process some variation in tone of colour can occur from item to item or from production run to production. This is normal part of leather productions and minor variations in tone do not warrant a refund.
Your information and privacy are of the utmost importance to Urban Safari and we will always handle your personal information in the strictest confidence. Urban Safari is part of Azora Ltd, based in the UK and all information is held by us securely. We do not store any card numbers or details after payment processing.
We do collect certain basic personal information from you relevant to your delivery (for example: your name, email address, payment address). This information is held securely on encrypted servers in partnership with our website hosts, Shopify and is never shared with third parties. We do not hold any payment information after payment is made. Urban Safari complies fully with all relevant Data Protection and consumer legislation.
Urban Safari offer an opt in for marketing at checkout. From time to time we'll send you useful information on new products, offers, sales and associated content related to our business. We aim to keep this relevant, interesting and worth reading. We certainly won't spam you, but should you decide to opt out at any point you can do so by unsubscribing, or contacting us.
